RouteRadar

A PWA that turns open NASA meteorological data into route-level atmospheric risk analysis.

Overview

A user-centric Progressive Web App that processes open-source NASA meteorological and geospatial datasets across user-defined coordinates. A predictive AI layer analyzes climate anomalies and dynamic environmental variables along the route to generate automated micro-recommendations for the safest transit.

Problem

Weather-driven route risk is usually reduced to a single 'chance of rain'; layers like surface temperature, precipitation forecast and humidity are never evaluated together along the actual path.

Approach

I fused IMERG, AIRS, land-surface-temperature and relative-humidity layers on a single map, sampled route segments by start/end and date, and built a decision layer that summarizes hydrological risk, temperature, wind and precipitation probability in one panel — all packaged as an offline-capable PWA.
